Issues with Question 14 in Pointers' Labsheet

Many of the sub questions in in Question 14, according to the labsheet, should end up with errors.

But, while running 14-b: I recieved no error. I instead, got the output '0'

And on 14-g, the question asks to note down the error, but I could run it, I print the value 10 from both *p and *q.
Output: In 0x562d03cd52a0=10

Finally, on 14-h, I could assign my whole 8 bytes t *ptr
Output : In 0x562d03cd52a0=10

I've added some printf()-s for for to understand what's happenning under the hood.
See the directory named 14 on master branch for the codes or commit 1b1635b65455

Thanks!

Create a general README

As we moved everything related to the second semester to a directory, the repository is in need of a general README.

(Just putting it up as an Issue so that we won't forget this.)
