Steps to run:

1. Clone the repo
2. Update config/config.go with correct postgres db credentials
3. Run cd cmd && go run . The server starts at port 8765 by default

This Project exposes 4 APIs

1. GET /v1/users
2. GET /v1/users/:user_id
3. POST /v1/users
4. PUT /v1/users/:user_id
