Right now transformers output directly to the output path. However, this could leave a broken file there if a transformer encounters an error. Instead, they should output to a temporary file that the framework then moves once completed.

Transformers instances currently run sequentially, one after another. However, they have been designed to run in parallel, as they don't touch the same files. The queue of a single instance could even be split into multiple queues to be run in parallel.

For example, the path to the configuration file. It is currently hardcoded to ./config.toml.

Right now all errors are simply Box<dyn std::error::Error>. Proper error types will let us handle errors more granularly and return better error messages to the user.
