frag grenades, rockets, explosive fire

need an extension update to handle expanded params such as:

• marker size (for rectangle and ellipse markers)
• marker polyline (array to support translation of in-game multi-point lines to Leaflet polyline markers)
• marker shape (for direct support of ellipse and rectangle markers beyond icon-only current support)

have attempted modification of extension but could not build from VS successfully
