free_dict does not free every entry in the array

Strtok strips repeated instances of the separator, so we can't accurately output the line number of an error. Currently we output the "instruction index", but if we wrote a custom strtok implementation, this could be improved.

We can use the label dict as well as inspecting the memory addresses used to safely cut down the size of the executable. We could also remap some addresses to different ones if they are far from the end of the program.

Currently, INP and the ACC may go between the integer limit, but STA only accepts values between 0-999, so the programmer has to write checks (which is space consuming). Add compiler directives comments (e.g. ; lmvm-strict-inp and ; lmvm-strict-acc) to add limits to what they will accept.

The help page for lmvm describes the INFILE as something to be assembled, which is incorrect.

Debugout is only used in the main files currently. Pass it around to others to get a better output.
