Builds with embedded libraries and modules before import

Actual Behavior

Does not compile, imported modules are not showing up and do not compile with the build

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Download version of ftctechnh/ftc_app@612f456
2. Directly merge all changes with current repo
3. Check imports of OpenCV and DogeCV
4. Build project

3. Launch robot controller application
