Vuforia viewfinder is in wrong orientation on initialization

Expected Behavior

Vuforia is in correct orientation of the phone

Actual Behavior

Vuforia is very wonky and the camera viewfinder does not play nice with the orientation. There is a large black empty area where Vuforia is supposed to go but it remains near the top with the camera rotated in the viewfinder to further confuse things

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Deploy code from commit 9567e3e
  2. Connect robot controller to driver station
  3. Initialize the selected OpMode
  4. Attempt to look at screen

Two REV Hubs are unable to connect to each other

Expected Behavior

REV Hubs are able to be detected on the robot controller and are addressable to change with the ability to see what addresses are connected.

Actual Behavior

One Portal is detected, however there is only one Hub detected in this portal when there should be two Hubs. Addresses are not permanent after setting them.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Connect the spare REV Hub to a daisy-chained power supply
  2. Connect the spare REV Hub to a 3-pin JST cable for a local wired connection
  3. Plug in Robot Controller phone into the rev hubs
  4. Refresh devices connected to USB
  5. Configure Robot > REV Portal
  6. Unable to see other REV hub

Telemetry is broken

Expected Behavior

Telemetry works with working outputs of all hardware

Actual Behavior

Telemetry errors out with a Boolean conversion to string issues with %f

  2. Initialize the application
  3. Error presents itself
