Here are some formatting issues that I saw:

1. Consistency issues. General page has a prefix of "Issue 1" other pages use "Problem". Pick one or the other and don't use numbers unless they are automatically regenerated when we insert something.
2. BDD Issues page: Problem 3 is buried under the detailed dropdown on Problem 2.
3. Docker Issues page: Doesn't follow the "Problem" format of other pages
4. CI/CD Issues page: Doesn't follow the "Problem" format of other pages and titles says GitHub Action Issues (not CI/CD) but maybe this should be a GitHub Actions link instead because CD will be Tekton
5. Git Issues page: Dropdown reveal has ### showing (formatting problem)

Perhaps the overall format should be like some of your pages:
