Libra

Assumptions

Only one User can perform the test, and the details are used as constants in the application

Stack

  • Persistence store: H2 In-memory Database
  • Backend: Spring-Boot
  • Awesome Angular on the client
  • CSS based on Twitter's bootstrap

Backend

The backend was built using Java 11 and Spring Boot 2.6.0

Navigate to the root of the project via command line and execute the command

cd backend

Development server

Launch the Backend Development Server via:

mvn clean mvn spring-boot:run

The application can be reached at the root address: http://localhost:8080/

Build

Artifact can be built and generated by running mvn clean package

Running tests

Tests can be run with mvn test

Frontend

This frontend was generated with Angular CLI version 12.2.10.

From this Directory, navigate to the root of the project via command line and execute the command

cd frontend

Client App Server

  • Install local dependencies (from the project root folder):

    npm install
    

    (This will install the dependencies declared in the frontend/package.json file)

  • Run ng serve to launch the dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/.

Code scaffolding

Run ng generate component component-name to generate a new component. You can also use ng generate directive|pipe|service|class|guard|interface|enum|module.

Build

Run ng build to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/ directory.

Running tests

Run ng test to execute the unit tests via Karma.
