Verify the correctness of the existing config
We should be able to verify that all values are matching after making calls to smart contracts. We already have utilities for gathering smart contract data so this shouldn't be too difficult.
Generate the config based on a much smaller set of data
We should be able to retrieve on-chain data to generate the config rather than having to fill out all the values ourselves. Ideally this could include some sort of push authentication and can be done from an interface.
