they work everywhere except for the shell itself...browsers, nautilus, etc. ...everything works. the desktop environment itself just uses standard gnome icons (dash and overview, the icons in the taskbar work)

The pidgin icon is too big on the panel.

I suggest some icons of popular apps like: Calibre, RSSOwl, Java Setting, GVim, SpaceFM, Thunar File Manager, Links browser, GoldenDict, Snex9x, Desmume, PeaZip, SublimeText, CrossOver, gThumb, SMPlayer, httrack, Liferea

Those are missing, they are usually stored under
/status/redshift-status-off.png and /status/redshift-status-on.png

I upgrade from ppa:numix/ppa, and missed all applications icons.

Found some broken link for Empathy chat icons in the Unity status menu. Refer to below image.

I have contacted the dev of screencloud and he said the indicator for screencloud uses
screencloud-uploading, and screencloud-idle. I was wondering if these could be made to fit in, please and many thank you's.

Noise (multimedia-audio-player) doesn't have an icon.

i upgrade numix icons from ppa:numix/ppa and, as i see, missed lot of status icons (currently avalilable 32 icons)
in previous commit (f07e6fd) - really more status icons :(

Received an upgrade this morning and now my launcher icons in Unity no longer use numix. Status icons and icons inside of Nautilus are fine. Seems to be just the launcher. Tried reinstalling, no dice. Seems like it's falling back to stock icons.

Symbolic links for the panel volume icons are missing in Xfce when using PNMixer (as well as xfce4-mixer).

The respective icon names are "audio-volume-high," "audio-volume-low," "audio-volume-medium," and "audio-volume-muted" in status/ (for 22/ and 24/).

Missing "share" action icon for elementaryos apps. This is found especially in Maya (Calendar), Scratch (Text Editor)...

I think this icon is named "document-export".

Firefox back and forward buttons are missing, using the default gnome theme instead
Chrome and Nemo on the other hand, use the correct icons.

I don't know the icon names Firefox uses.

I pulled the icon theme from master and tried it on Saucy, and I found that some icons aren't appearing properly in Unity. So far, the text editor and terminal don't show the right icon in the sidebar or search. I looked in the icons folder, and the assets are there so I'm not sure what the deal is.

In Chrome/ium, the back, forward, and refresh icons (with the latest updates to the icon theme) are quite faded. There are probably two reasonable solutions:

1. Darken the icons in the numixproject/numix-icon-theme repository
2. Darken the background in the GTK+ theme

I found the icon it uses by default at /usr/share/icons/hicolor/256x256/apps/simplescreenrecorder.png

When I have my wireless mouse plugged in the battery indicator is replaced with a mouse icon that does not fit in with the other indicators.

When using Simple Scan/Scanner, the application refers to the 'scanner' application icon for both the app icon and the device icon used on the top toolbar when used. The icon, however, appears rather out-of-place on the toolbar. There's probably two solutions:

1. Send a bug report upstream to the Simple Scan devs and request that the toolbar icon refers to a devices/ icon;
2. Create an icon in the Numix-Circle icon theme which appears similar to the new action icons of the base Numix theme while still maintaining the Numix-Circle style.

~2-3 days ago when I turned on my computer the icon were reverted back to their normal icons. This was not the case for the status bar and some desktop icons, such as folders and video files.
I have tried uninstalling the icon theme and refreshing the icon cache. None of these have worked.

Love the icon theme and wish to see this fixed :)

Archlinux+XFCE

A newbie to icons here.

I noticed that while dragging and dropping into folders, the folder icon temporarily switches to fallback GNOME icon theme. I tried creating 'folder-drag-accept' icon using a copy of the 'folder-open' and everything was fine.

P.S. I initially thought that the corresponding icon is named 'folder-drag-accept' or 'gnome-fs-directory-accept' both of which, in Numix, are placed within the 'places' folders while in GNOME they are in 'status' folders. It looked like there are more icons in 'places' folders which should be in corresponding 'status' folders. Doesn't this matter?

Hi, it seems that the theme misses a generic "paste" icon for applications like clipit, xfce4-clipman, parcellite...
Just one icon should fit for all of that clipboard managers I think.

There are few icons missing, which would complete the look.

I'm using Cinnamon (Loki theme, but icons, controls, borders are Numix). In menu there are two icons missing: Software Manager and Quit. Here is a screenshot:

Cinnamon uses "gnome-lockscreen", "gnome-logout" and I forgot what the shutdown icon is called.

Any plans to re-make these icons?

Fresh install of Ubuntu 13.10 with numix ppa. Wasn't noticing issue before. Now when I leave focus of a window, the overlay scrollbar turns black instead of lightening up.

EDIT: Just realized I'm in the wrong section.

I was at your launchpad site and I couldn't find where to download the icon theme.

I don't like to manually install the icons. (Personally)

Icon for system hibernate missing. (Not sure whether to post in numix-icon-theme or numix-icon-theme-circle; both have got system-lock-screen icons and different too...; posting here since other related icons are here)

Hi,
I noticed that the icon for "process-stop" is missing.
There are also some simlink to that icon in the default gnome icon theme: "gtk-cancel", "gtk-stop", "stock_stop", "stop".
