Based on the samples for Visual Studio, create usable templates for generating barebones Visual Studio projects and solutions.

To satisfy this requirement:

1. Existing code needs to be buildable using the generated projects. As an example, use something like the zlib sources to test the generator.
2. The files from the samples folder aren't being copied to the working folder, people can do that themselves if they want to start a new project. This is about generating project files for existing code.
