Should prevent submission if recaptcha is not selected. Issue is caused by mixed submission models:

1. jQuery validate
2. jQuery form submit

Should submit via AJAX in the submitHandler of .validate() instead of submit event handler.

Add regular expressions to extract device IDs and operating system names and add to hidden fields submitted to Salesforce so we can run reports to analyze how often a particular device appears in cases.

As a result, if they submit several times, the execution report URL is appended more than once.

Getting "This field is required" even if the reCAPTCHA was checked. Perhaps related to new method of rendering.

just testing my access to the project, before I get started. :)

Common Reasons

• User turned off or removed the WiFi connection in the device
• User put the device on a different non-Perfecto (public) WiFi network
• The test website or app needs a VPN client or service
• Network Virtualization: No traffic is captured
• Network Virtualization: No HAR file is generated

Solutions

1. Log into your Perfecto Cloud.
2. Click the Launch Mobile button
3. In the list of devices that appear in the Launch Mobile dialog, Open the device in trouble

I tried twice to open a ticket for eBay, without luck. Matt opened it without issues few mins later.
Steps to reproduce:
Perfecto.io -> support -> Automation -> execution error -> open new ticket.

Filled all the fields with data. The first ticket I’ve attached logs, and after it failed to be created, I’ve tried second time without attaching any files. The result was same. After clicking the submit, instead to see number I see that:

Also no mail was sent to me for the new case.

If you submit exactly the same thing again, will you get the same results? - Yes I tried twice (not sure if i put exact same data in the long description but all other fields were filled the same way). After that I've sent all the info to Matt and he opened a ticket for me without any issues. Please note I had no issues opening other tickets during that day, but in different category (cloud), so it is either problem with that specific category/subcategory and my end or, in general some issue with my location at that moment
