I'm trying to integrate with Centris in a similar ways to you and I' wondering how you manage to get your hand on this API. Did you contact centris to give you documentation or something ? Help would be appreciate if you can point me into the right direction to know what are the API provided by centris.

Duproprio has about 9k of historical listings for Montreal Island, including Asking Price, Price Sold and the Date.

Look for other sources of historical data.

I might be missing something but it seems the scrapper does not get all the properties on the Montreal Island.
Today may 31st at 17:07 EDT, with a manual search there is 3541 properties. The scrapper returns 194 entries in the "listing.csv" file
