Sublime Text already has a command called 'open_url' that accepts a keyword argument 'url', when called it is redirected to LinkOpener.OpenUrlCommand that doesn't expect the extra argument

E.g., Help>Documentation is not working anymore (at least on Sublime Text 3 for Windows)

Just don't know how to add them to UI yet...

I get this message in the console when clicking the "search on web" option from context menu

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'replace'

But I am using chromium under linux, so I think it's could be because python 2 doesn't manage this browser.

A URL on a local network may not have a . in the server name, e.g.:
http://server/path

Here is a patch to LinkOpener.py that matches these:
