language never change , i insalled arabic lang , in setting arabic is selected put show english only

System is blocked after source upgrade until database is updated on System/Software Upgrade page
I get this warning after my installation. I got the latest version from the github.

The DB user has full access to the entire database and all privileges have been granted?

I believe the words used are quite aggressive: "You have been warned".
