Implement Hook interface

• Naive thread-safe implementation of FieldLogger interface witt output into stderr.
  Use mutex to make it thread-safe and call lock/unlock on write.

  Take implementation of FieldLogger and extend it with WithField and WithFields signatures from Logger interface.

add Formatter (interface) to logger.

}

Specific implementation of Formatter can be attached to Logger and change format of output, for example JsonFormatter writes json, XmlFormatter writes xml.
