How i can make the plugin set premium uuids for premium users while online-mode is set to false to allow non premium?

When you set in your config that premium players can register, and they register, the next time they login they dont need to login?

If the player is online, and he wont login or register within a random customizable amount of seconds he will be kicked.

Is it any way you can make a:
"max-login-players-per-second: 10"

in the plugin? Because when the server starts getting a bot attack, the plugin will start lagging the server when it checks if the user is premium or not. So if you add this option, there'll be a limit of request per second to the Mojang Api.
