In a discussion with @nonameShijian, we came across this new research by Nvidia to play MineCraft with ChatGPT-based AI agent: https://voyager.minedojo.org. In short, this AI describes the current situation, including card and hero skill descriptions with formatted natural language and asks an LLM (large language model) what to do next. Compared to current value-based AI, this approach can reason further into the future without much simulation cost and think more like a human would do. This is a very rough idea, but we would like to draw your attention to this new paradigm of game AI development, so that the brand new version of Noname may potentially benefit from it.
