Include projects for all .org Trac instances.
There are multiple projects in the wordpress.org Trac instance (meta, core, etc.). The project that is displayed is determined by runnint req.environ['HTTP_HOST'].split(':')[0].split('.')[0], which parses the request URL and uses the first part of the URL after :
The Docker instance should have subdomains that can be used to access each .org project.
This will allow site specific templates to be worked on.
