Unable to deselect an EF Rating

Selecting an EF Rating using the dropdown will lock all further searches into that EF Rating until the page can be refreshed. A different approach will be needed to improve usability.

Tracks for certain years incomplete or invalid

Some of the tor tracks start at the correct point of origin but then proceed to run out of the country and into the ocean. I'm assuming this is leaflet trying to do something with 0 values, but I'll need to look at it later. Marking as bug for now.
