I checked out the repo, ran npm install (modules installed without errors), started local mongod, and tried to start both versions, node debug.js and node release.js but i get the errors listed below, and going to localhost:8088 or localhost:8088/admin gives a 404 error. I changed the port in config-debug because it was conflicting with other apps.

Node is v0.12.0, NPM v2.5.1, MongoDB v3.0.5, Windows 7 x64.

I am behind a corporate firewall/proxy, so this could be the problem (even though it is configured at system level). Where can I add the proxy url and credentials?

When creating in website structure a page appears the following error that does not find that module, I fixed in the list of packages in case it was like nodee-cms-model.package or something like that and nothing

Could it be that I have some other name inside the Package folder or it just is not?

al crear en website structure una página aparece el siguiente error que no encuentra ese modulo, me fije en la lista de paquetes por si estaba como nodee-cms-model.package o algo por el estilo y nada

¿Puede ser que tenga algun otro nombre dentro de la carpeta Package o simplemente no esta?

I have downloaded all necessary files, used npm install to install necessary packages and started my local MongoDB server. However, when I try to start the server with node release.js, the following error occurs:

Error: listen EACCES 0.0.0.0:80 Error: listen EACCES 0.0.0.0:80

I can start the server with sudo node release.js, but when I try to visit http://0.0.0.0:80/, the page returns a 404: Not found error.

Any way to fix this? Thank you!

Last two days the demo at the Webpage give request error...
Last commit seems to be one year ago in November 2015. Does this Project still alive, or paused, or discontinued?

The ability to credit images and specify their source is missing, a lot of websites uses images from various range of origins and the ability to credit images is mandatory

After creating some template files for testing, I am unable to delete any file or folder. I get an "Access denied..." message (see linked screenshot), but I cannot delete even after loggin out and in again.

Register the first user, it appears in the DB correctly, with the role user and admin, I do not see another error, only that it redirects me to the login.

first of all i would like to give you a thumbs up (and star).
This CMS seems to be really outstanding. I've tried you demo and it really fits my needs.

But i have encountered an issue.
I am getting 404 on debug and release.
I followed your guide and everything seems to be just fine. CMS is connected to Mongo and is up and running without any errors (worst thing i got is No repository fields from npm when running npm install)

I think i am having similar problem as https://github.com/nodee-apps/cms/issues/11, but i am trying to run your cms on windows.

When i am trying to access /admin i am getting error pasted bellow.

So do i have to create index.html or am i missing something ?

You want to delete item in Templates and Widgets and you always get error note "Document or his version not found Try refresh page, please". After you refresh page, item is deleted. So it works, but is little bit confusing.

When trying to add the root page, the template dropdown is empty (see screenshot) and the Create button is disabled. The modal.templates for ngRepeat is not populated (second screenshot).

I have created an empty template, as you can see in the screenshot below. I even tried different file names:

I would love the ability to define for each page its meta tags, including description, keywords, title and OG meta tags

When renaming generated templates in /tmp to desired name whitout .package other errors rise.
Maybe modules incompatible or naming convention problems (enterprise -> nodee)?

Was just curious if you had any interest in improving the content editor. I like the option to switch between wysiwyg, html, and markdown, however the way it pops up does not allow the wysiwyg view to display properly. It might be nice to implement the editing directly into the page rather than a pop up. Also, the tool bar is kind of ugly. Otherwise, I really like this CMS and may look into contributing. That was my first item of interest, however. I'm wondering why this hasn't been starred several thousand times already.
