The CSV from wunderground has a plethora of weather data for each time period, add the ability to return more than just the mean temperature.

Use array.indexOf() to find the desired type of wether variable in the first array of the parsed csv and then use its location in the following arrays of data. This will make it easier to add the ability to get more than just the temp for future versions.
