Adding tree sort implementation.

Update the list of algorithms in the main README and also sort them in alphabetical order.

Correct the typo mistake in README for the following algorithm:

• KMP Pattern Search Algorithm

Add .gitignore file for C, C++, Java and Python.

Main README.md doesn't contain the link of :-
1: Trailing Zeros in factorial Of Math Folder
2: Order_Statistics Of Sorting Folder
3: Pancake Sort Of Sorting Folder

The list of algorithms in the project README is incomplete. In particular, the following algorithms are missing:

• Caesar's Cipher
• array_rotation_by_1

The spelling of Maximum is wrong in the README,md file of algorithms/maximum_of_array/

The README file of Binary Search algorithm does not contain the Implemented in part. Also, the sample input/output are not properly formatted.

The links to the following files in README are not working:

• Naive algorithm for Pattern Searching
• Rabin-Karp Algorithm
• Remove Duplicates from Sorted Array

Quick sort link in the project README is invalid.

The input format for Python implementation of merge sort algorithm is not according to the input format of C implementation. This creates conflicts in README to the same.

Instead of keeping every file in single folder, we can arrange it in folder wise.

For Exmaple -

    algorithms/
        dart/all_dart_files_here
        c++/all_cpp_files_here
        Java/all_java_files_here
        kotlin/all_kotlin_files_here
        ...
