Improve Front-end

Needs enhancement in frontend, i'll take this up when the initial issues are resolved Thanks!

Add start.sh to install vendor and run the php server.

This small step will help us in netlify deployment, later we can start the server using composer

Write a good readme :)

Upload student Signature

We should think something for student signature upload

Move common files FPDF & FPDI folder to install.sh

Add FPDF & FPDI folder to install.sh and install.sh will download this folders it will be good rather than keeping it here

Add all the fields of student nomination form (SNF).

Currently, a very few SNF form details are available.
Please extend the same to all the fields in the forms
