Wrong date format on transactions history API

When date is returned as {year}W{week number}, year may be wrong for last days of year.

Exemple:

Expected value: 2019W01
Result value: 2018W01

Fix: Use %x (Year with 4 digits when first day of the week is Monday. Used with %v) instead of %Y (Year with 4 digits)

Add beta update (pre-release)
