Compactify js

The first level is obviously more difficult than the second level. Let's swap them.

Load assets before game starts
Steps:
- Open game (you see that stuff loads)
- Start the game
Problem: You'll now see that more assets are loaded and are gradually shown when they are loaded. Not smooth. If the internet connection is slow, the welcome message will fade out before everything is loaded.
Possible solution: Load assets so that everything is ready when the game starts.
Not enough time to read and understand upgrades.
I don't have time to read the upgrade information.
Maybe we can have a play button when people are ready for the next wave? What do you think?
