When for some reason an empty array (with(out) scripthashes) is passed to getBalanceBatch it keeps 'waiting' until the script gets interrupted, no error is thrown it's just waiting.
I'm trying to prevent that anyways but sometimes the code makes it through to the await getBalanceBatch call.

To avoid having a big dependency of ElectrumApi I suggest defining an interface that must be satisfied for the various BitcoinJS API used accross the code.

This way thia library can be used innmany context (ie. react native without tiny-secp) or other blockchains such as Liquid/Elements.

Some Electrum servers do not provide a transaction index and return a DaemonError -5 when asked for a transaction hash.

This must be detected and the peer disconnected, if no other peer is available that can provide the transaction.

If I'm trying to use ElectrumClient in my project and the websocket connection fails, what am I missing?

For example I may be interested only in the WS client, and not the whole API
