To reflect that the entire app is now renamed from "Gift Cards" to only "Cards" (to avoid naming clash with vouchers that are commonly called gift cards)

Gift card recipients that are not familiar with Nimiq are given no clue where and how to redeem the card. It needs a link on the card that ideally leads to a dedicated redeem page. It could be pretty much what we already have on nimiq.com/cards, but with the redeem functionality on a separate page.

If the message is empty, the message placeholder should be hidden in the print.

Many phones don't support QR code scanning w/t an app + many users don't know how to scan QR codes.
Thus, either we follow #7, or put a generic link on the each card, e.g. nimiq.com/card/redeem that then has a scanner that works for sure.

I guess either this or #7 should be implemented.

Advantage of #7: it works for sure, even if the user's device doesn't have a camera
Downside of #7: Requires centralized service to shorten URL

If QR code doesn't work or the user is not familiar with using them (more people than you might think!) - or the phone does not support them - then a short link should be visible that the user can enter to claim the cashlink.

Either this, or #9 should be implemented.

The opacity of the Christmas Gift Card template is to low when printed, making the text and QR code barely readable.

The theme encoded in the cashlink is currently not changeable anymore after creation.
Therefore, the dropdown should be disabled when the Cashlink is funded.
