Add in the general SDCIWC ability scores (found on pg. 18)

Skills are checks a character can make and come from a set list. However, we want to ensure the code is flexible against adding/removing skills so they should be defined by the data they are passed rather than hard coded.

All skills are associated with an AbilityScore and from this inherit the modifier value. This is a key connect that we will have to model. Altogether, skills should have the following attributes:

• modifier - this value is build from all of the attributes that follow
• ranks - comes from a number of values that we don't really need to worry about modelling right now
• class_bonus - this will eventually come from a Class class
• ability_modifier - from AbilityScore
• misc_modifier
• trained
• class_skill
• armour_check_penalty

A lot of these values come from classes that haven't been built out yet and as such will mostly be primitive types.
