Hi,

I have this issue when running this:

zabbix_agent2.exe -t "adaptec.raid[health,pd,1,0]"

when I run this (which is in my Userparameter content), it works perfectly:

powershell -NoProfile -NoLogo -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File "C:\install\zabbix\adaptec-raid.ps1" health pd 1 0

Any idea where this goes wrong?

Hi,

this works:

zabbix_agent2.exe -c zabbix_agent2.conf -t adaptec.raid[health,pd,1,0]

as well as (gives the result "Online":

zabbix_get -s 10.152.104.10 -k adaptec.raid[health,pd,1,0] --tls-connect=psk --tls-psk-identity=ULBPSKBLANPAINSERVER --tls-psk-file=/install/zabbix/BLANPAINSERVER.psk

However, data is empty in "Latest data".

When we do "Execute now" for this item from the Zabbix web UI, we get:

[Details ](javascript:void(0))Cannot send request
Cannot send request: wrong item type.

What could result into zabbig_get working and the web UI not?

Hi,

every couple of days I get messages that data for the Adaptec controller and attached disks stops from flowing. It is fixed by running the items manually a couple of times. The PowerShell scripts still functions, but for some reason the data does not get to the server.
I do have this in the Zabbix Server logs, but not sure it's related:

709:20220816:204715.568 Zabbix agent item "adaptec.raid[lld,ld]" on host "BLANPAINSERVER" failed: first network error, wait for 60 seconds

709:20220816:204815.147 resuming Zabbix agent checks on host "BLANPAINSERVER": connection restored

The checks (items) run very far apart in time, I will raise that period to a shorter time to see if that helps.

Скрипт не может собрать нормально информацию по данному контроллеру. По контроллерам 6, 7, 8 поколения нет. Похоже проблема в том, что на 5805 есть два девайса Enclosure Services Device.

Hi,

I get this error for the logical Drives discovery:

Invalid discovery rule value: cannot parse as a valid JSON object: invalid object format, expected opening character '{' or '[' at: 'You cannot call a method on a null-valued expression.
At C:\install\zabbix\adaptec-raid.ps1:98 char:17
+ $pd_sn = ($response[$j + 2]

What could this be?

Hello, I'm trying to use Template Lsi RAID Controller with lsi-raid.sh script, but discovery rules return the following errors:

Invalid discovery rule value: cannot parse as a valid JSON object: invalid array format, expected closing character ']' at: '{"{#3WAREDEVICENAME}":"sda","{#HD_SERIAL_NUM}":"","{#3WARE_PORT_NUM}":"8"},

]
}'

This error is for both Lsi Logical Drives Discovery and Lsi Physical Drives Discovery. I'm using Zabbix 4.4.8 on Slackware 14.2

Any ideas?
