A batch script for Windows to download and extract the latest build of CHIRP from https://chirp.danplanet.com/projects/chirp/wiki/Home

CHIRP is a free, open-source tool for programming your radio. It supports a large number of manufacturers and models, as well as provides a way to interface with multiple data sources and formats.

The script assumes the existance of wget.exe and 7z32x.exe in the same directory
