I've improve the man page to say "The return value is ..." instead of name.
The return value for ZIP_FL_ENC_GUESS and ZIP_FL_ENC_STRICT is in UTF-8.
The difference is for archives in which the archive comment is written in UTF-8 (in conflict with the ZIP archive specification) - in the guess case it is NOT converted to UTF-8 (because it is hopefully already recognized as UTF-8), in the strict case it is interpreted as CP-437 and converted to UTF-8.
With ZIP_FL_ENC_RAW you get it as bytes and have to interpret it yourself (no interpretation by libzip).
