Add a simple demo and make read me more descriptive.

The naming of the properties, instance variables and protocol methods is a bit ambiguous. Sometimes things related to the image on the right use "left" and sometimes "right". That could be made clearer.

The panning is currently very much dependent on touch events, that means it's suboptimal in terms of accessibility.

The optional confirmation is buggy when it comes to cell reuse. When a cell is prepared for reuse it should move the front back to 0,0 and cancel moving it back there animated.
