Back to School Drive

Designed and implemented a web app for people to donate stationery to schools who need them.

Installation

  1. Fork and clone this repository. $git clone https://github.com/NicoleQueen/Back-to-School-Drive
  2. Enter the command 'bundle install' in the terminal. $bundle install
  3. Run "rails db:migrate" in the terminal. $rails db:migrate
  4. For testing data, in the ../db/seeds.rb file, uncomment the test data, and run "rails db:seed" in the terminal. $rails db:seed
  5. Run "rails server" to begin server. $rails server

Features

  • List of schools who need stationery.
  • List specific stationery needs for each school.
  • Donate some or all stationery needs to schools or donate money.
