Dear Gnecco,

Very interesting study! Though, I tried to reproduce your results with the code provided but I got an error when installing the erf package. R says the package is not available for my version of R (4.2.0, OS X). Therefore I have tried to run in on windows as well but got the same warning message.

The same message appears when I run the following code:
devtools::install_github("nicolagnecco/erf")

Is the package made available for some specific version of R? Or do you have an idea what can make the erf package work?
