obsidian-academic-export's Issues

png files have colours inverted

Firstly: I love this, thank you so much!

Issue:
Exporting to pdf is inverting the colours of my inserted png files, I'm not sure why this is happening or how to fix, any help would be appreciated!

New environments

Is it possible to have an environment, similar to Latex

\begin{environment}
    blah blah
\end{environment}

In particular when writing maths I would like to be able to have a theorem and proof environment for example (perhaps even with the proof environment giving a small square at the end like in the Latex amsmath package). any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks once again for the amazing tool!

label and ref

Is it possible to label a particular line or equation and then reference it later to get the correct numbering, which auto updates when the md is compiled into tex? In Latex I would use
\label{test}
then
\ref{test}
but these show up explicitly in the final pdf instead of the label itself.

thanks again for the amazing tool!
