The script won't run if twython isn't installed.

https://www.hackster.io/nick-brewer/pix-e-gif-camera-323965 says that twython is optional, so does the main readme. It appears this isn't the case. If you don't have twython installed you get "ImportError: No module named twython"

while trying to build this project I encountered some problems as the twitter upload just wouldn't work for me . It seems that Twython only works in Python 2.
I think this is worth mentioning and maybe should go in a pull request or did I just miss this information somehow.
