I find the right way to set the Webdav of jianguoyun.com. You can fill "https://dav.jianguoyun.com/dav/xxx" as the Host where 'xxx' is your 'tabby config' directory in jianguoyun, and fill "/" as the location and remove 'Port' string. It works for me.

remove the port 443 string, just keep it blank and retry.

Ohh I found the "issue". It seems that the plugin is taking by default, instead of the name "config.yaml" is taking "tabby-settings.json", so on the folder input, just put "/dav/tabby" and the upload your settings

I encountered a weird issue. I reinstalled this plugin with the same setting, but the error was different. The sync log shows "Error: Invalid response: 401", I firmly believe my credential is right.

I tried it before, but it directly showed the connection was invalid. I think it may be because this cloud does not obey standard webdav protocol.

This is my Tabby config. Notice that the url I have "/tabby" but then, it will create automatically "tabby-settings.json". Also, I'm using a webdav docker container "bytemark/webdav". I don't know if your cloud support dav. You could ask their support if they support it.

I think it is because of the cloud difference. I give up using WebDev and change to sync config.yaml manually. 😔
