I tried deleting node_modules and reinstalling with no success.

I don't have any LifecycleStateManager class in my project. Given that the error appears only switching @ngxs/store from 3.7.0 to 3.7.1, I thought that "LifecycleStateManager" was referred to this class of the @ngxs/store package and the issue was caused by some changes in the class: https://github.com/ngxs/store/blob/master/packages/store/src/internal/lifecycle-state-manager.ts

Yes, I commented all the code in which I use actions-executing and removed the package from the package.json and uninstalled it. In this case the project works with @ngxs/store 3.7.1.

I'll try to reproduce the bug on stackblitz.

I'm not able to reproduce the error on a basic project. So, for now, I close the issue. I'll reopen it if I'll be able to collect more information.
