Assorted scripts and code for handling vibronic models and interfacing with MCTDH

This repository exists for easy modificaton of the vibronic model Input/Output (vmio) code without breaking other codebases/libraries. It also allows for easy forking and for keeping multiple branches in various states.

Derivatives of this code are used in a variety of repositories Pibronic, t-amplitudes, hot-molecule, vmodels, and a number of other private repos.
