Validate command:

• count string variables ':Club'
• check if string variable keys are the same in all languages
• trans_choice check {} and |

Cleanup command:

• remove empty string translations
• run poeditor update if translation don't exist anymore in the fallback (+ ask confirmation)

If in the config file the following is defined

'locales' => ['en' => 'en_GB', 'fr' => 'fr_FR', 'nl' => 'nl_NL', 'nl' => 'nl_BE', 'de' => 'de_DE'],

then only 'nl' => 'nl_BE' will be used and not 'nl' => 'nl_NL'.

It should be possible to map a poeditor locale to multiple app locales. Maybe:
