Cuter popups are significantly slower due to the use of pmap_chr() over paste(). Find a way to vectorize this.

A lot of the code in the app is very brittle. For example, apostrophes in tooltips break everything with no error message.

This is a hard thing to work on, and might require some refactoring. To start, I'll go through the code and check assumptions so that bad data etc. errors out quickly and informatively.

• More informative popups on map
• Opened to Submitted and complaints to service requests
• Tooltips for graphs etc.
• Pretty column names in tables
  • Update report as well

Feedback: It's unclear how to use/navigate the tools, CM's and staff did not know how to use until instructed/shown.

Action: Attempt to update design to make use more intuitive

Feedback from district office, confused as to when the app 'started'.

Horizontal graphic like but only one complaint would be shown at a time. Not sure if they can select the interested complaint type (from the top ten this week and/or year or all complaints) from a drop down.

This can be placed below the above graphs spanning the whole width.
