What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open crayfish project
2. select part of NN and copy
3. Paste into new animatlab instance
4. none of the custom synaptic types are copied

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Needs to copy both synapatic types and synaptic instances. I will need to 
change the copy code for this module to fix this.

Need the ability to swap a defined part type, like box, with a different 
part type like mesh in an existing project.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the crayfish model
2. Go to main neural network page
3. Select all
4. Program spends a long time selecting every part
5. Program dies

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should select all the parts immediately
