fbosc's Issues

Simulations

Can I simulate some 'imperfect' 1/f noise + theta/alpha/beta bursts, such that original BOSC fails but fBOSC works?

sampling frequency

My EEG data has a sampling frequency of 256 Hz. When I tried to run fBOSC (fBOSC_wrapper), it does not work, giving an error message:
“Array indices must be positive integers or logical values.”
I found that fBOSC works without problems when the sampling frequency in the cfg is set to 250 or 260 Hz.

Note that eBOSC works with 256 Hz.

Speed up fBOSC

Ambitious, but there are various ways I think we can speed up fBOSC with more efficient coding and potentially some parallel computing.
