Random kernel panic(s)

I am experiencing random kernel panics with 2.6.35.13-netarchy-nexus-1.3.9-cfs+ #35

They do not seem to be "linked" to any particular event, and are totally random. They occur both while the phone is being actively used, and while it is not (ie: in my pocket, or sitting on my night stand charging).

Usually, I will get a "successful" reboot -- it'll go back to the boot loader, and go through the regular startup process. Here is a dump of this occurring from /proc/last_kmsg -- http://pastebin.com/adQQnY2W

The really odd (and quite annoying) one is when it reboots, and gets stuck in a boot loop, and I have to pull the battery. Also, oddly enough, it looks as if the brightness is being set to < 20 (ie, if you did it through the /sys/ interface) and the colors/gamma are all messed up. And it'll just boot loop for hours, with the weird brightness, with no explanation. And the phone gets rather hot. I haven't grabbed any logs from this situation, yet, as it usually occurs while I'm sleeping, and have to get up and go to work.

Another oddity, sometimes, instead of the full-on crazy boot loops, the system will "seem" responsive; I can swipe between home screens. However, clicking anything yields no results. Holding the power button down does not trigger the shutdown menu. Alarms do not go off. End result? Having to pull the battery.

Finally, I've noticed that, if I'm on a call, and the other party ends the call first, when I pull my phone away from my face, the screen does not turn back on. It gets stuck at a black screen, and I am forced to pull the battery. It seems as if it's not "waking back up" from the proximity sensor having turned the screen off. However, if I pull the phone away from my face prior to the other party ending the call, and end the call myself, I typically don't have issues.

I will try to gather more logs (and more details), so these oddities can be solved.

If it matters, I am OC'd to 1200MHz.
