Wont work when using postgres
Unfortunately this extension does not work with postgres

- Install extension
- Update database
- Go to a edit page

Error while trying to edit a record
I installed your extension and I went to try to edit a record and I got this:
Uncaught Exception: Twig_Error_Runtime .

Align widget with other panels inside aside
Let's see what looks nice, and what situations we can get.
Does not work when setting branding/path to something else then `/bolt`
In https://github.com/nestordedios/bolt-extension-who-is-editing/blob/master/web/who-is-editing.js#L19
The /bolt/ part is hard-coded now, making it not work when using /admin for example.
I think a solution to write the route as a data-attribute in the widget and then reading that URL from it should work.
