Hi @alex-osman, here you can find a simple example of implementing an event emitter, if you haven't already seen it.
For this type of question I recommend using the Discord support channel.
The Nestjs Core team uses GitHub to track bug reports, feature requests, and regressions.
However, for your question, an idea might be that when a user buys a product you launch an event that updates inventory or even reduces inventory. Or, if you are using Typeorm for example, there are Entity Listeners that allow an entity to have methods with custom logic that listen to events of specific entities (see here).
