There may be other issues that need this treatment, but reporting parking and street maintenance problems are common right now.

Currently all of the minutes are concatenated, and then included. Figure out how to style the minutes so they can be collapsed or hidden somehow.

Currently it just calculates the next 3rd Wednesday of the month, but if we have to change the date for some reason, this will be incorrect. So make this easier to change.

It would be nice to know if people are downloading the files we host for them.

We get a lot of questions that we answer the same every time - these should be in a page where the users can easily find answers to their questions.

The site needs metadata to improve its find-ability.

It appears that the main navigation headers are the default font. This appears to be because they are in the the glyphicon span.

Whenever there is an update to the header, I have to repeat the work on all three pages. It would be better if the "static site" were generated from source but distributed as a 100% static website.

Include jshint in the build.

Currently the deploy in manual - it is easy, but it would be easier to update it via gulp.

Currently the landing page is a bunch of flowery language - it feels like filler. Add photos of the community.

These should be a signed cnd - but with hosted fallbacks.
