This will be non-file-type specific (no path or extension) and will set sensible default names for the survey archive and spreadsheet files.

Permission are not being preserved after syncing files across servers, so it is up to the survey queue manager script to correct these as needed. Survey subdirectories should be group writeable, while individual files are kept read-only for the group. This will enable multiple users to share a survey directory.

scda_queuefill.py should write automatically to a file named queuefill_{survey name}.log to be consistent with other survey files. Once implemented, the survey how-to instructions should be updated accordingly.
